General Policy

All products are carefully checked before dispatch. We do not offer refunds once the order is placed and processed.   

If any return it should be raised within 7 working days 

Eligibility for Exchange

Exchange will be considered only in the following cases:

• Wrong product delivered

• Product received in damaged condition  
Exchange and replacement product will be delivered to your location within 7 working days 

Mandatory Proof

To request an exchange, customers must provide:

• Unboxing video (without cuts)

• Product images clearly showing the issue

• Order details or invoice

Conditions for Exchange

• Product must be unused and in original condition

• Original packaging must be intact

• Request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

Non-Eligible Cases

Exchange or refund will not be accepted for:

• Normal wear and tear

• Color variation due to lighting or screen differences

• Change of mind after purchase

Refund Policy

If any refund approved by the company it will be credited within 7 working days to your originial source account
